"... every party out of power believes that if it can only use language more effectively (as opposed to more honestly), it would win again."

Why does Mr. Romney not describe any situation the same way with any consistency? He says he’ll show just two years of income tax returns and the second one for 2011 will take a while since he needed an extension for it. Does this sound like someone eager to be honest and candid?

Mr. Reagan hornswoggled California and then enough of the U.S. to grin his way into the Presidency. Mr. Romney hornswoggled Massachusetts and now seeks to do the same to enough of the U.S. to grin his way into the Presidency as well.

I’m not sure we can survive a repetition of this charmer after Reagan. California’s educational systems are still trying to recover. Reagan’s big advantage was that he did have a consistent vision of where he wanted to drive the country. Romney? I’m not sure he has a driver’s license or a map. He just has words.

What's even more scary is people wanting him to become the US's head spokesperson and caretaker. Hell, I'd prefer another four years of Obama or ditzy Sara Palin and her boneheadedness over this lying, overly-wealthy tyrant. Woe to us all if this *Smoe gains power and shame on all the people who want this corporate jerk elected.

*Smoe: acronym for "Shadiest Man on Earth." Person who resorts to extremely unethical measures in order to gain profits or benefits (for example like most of Wall Street's CEOs).
