In recent weeks a Mitt Romney campaign ad has been on tv screens blasting President Obama on welfare. Politcal fact checkers have quickly shot it down, however the Romney campaign is staying with it. The ad was created by Robert Rector, a senior researcher at a conservative think tank in Washington, DC.
