California Gas Barely Declining
According to the AAA Fuel Gauge website, the average price of a gallon of regular gasoline in the state dipped merely a half cent to $4.666. The unseen, almost criminal spike in prices began just over a week ago. It is claimed that wholesale market prices began falling last Friday, while it took time for retail rates to follow. Although prices are still up more than 45 cents from just a week ago, speculation of $6.00 prices for gas still looms.
