The filth and lack of hygiene has caused a case of cholera to surface in a camp of thousands of people fleeing clashes between M23 rebels and the government troops.  There isn’t enough toilets and sanitation supplies to go around for the influx of people who fled the fighting last week.  It is likely that the cholera is being spread via dirty water containers and people not washing their hands.
