An appeals court has upheld a decision barring the US government from requiring tobacco companies to put graphic warnings on cigarette packages.  The pictures show smoking can disfigure and even kill.  The nation's largest tobacco companies sued the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandate that included warnings to show the dangers of smoking.
