Wisconsin voters decide Tuesday whether to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker, a GOP hero who could be the only politician in America to rival President Barack Hussein Obama in contentious achievements that inspire loathing among opponents.  If Walker remains and wins, some are saying Mitt Romney has a sure shot to be the first GOP candidate to carry Wisconsin since the part's last winner there:  Ronald Reagan, 1984.  Others presume that Walker's loss would be lost cause for the Republican nominee.
