French Unemployment Hits 13-Year High

The number of unemployed people in France has passed the three million barrier for the first time since 1999. This current news adds lots of pressure on President Francois Hollande, whose administration is under attack after being accused of not doing enough to fix the economy four months after taking office. France’s unemployment rate is currently ten percent.
