Gender Pay Difference Begins One Year After College

A report from American Association of University Women found that a gender earning gap appears just one year after graduates leave college. The report says that women on average make 82 percent less than men after this one year. This is more support for the Paycheck Fairness Act which would try and solve this probelm as well as other inequality issues.
