Home prices continue to rise in July across the United States.  As more sales and fewer foreclosures mark a possible end to a bottom up market.  According to the Standard & Poor’s/Case Shiller index released Tuesday, national home prices increased 1.2 percent in July, compared to the same month last year.  That’s the second consecutive year after two years without one.
