Christine Lagarde, the head of the International Monetary Fund, traveled to Beijing on Wednesday to speak to a financial forum. She warns that the world economy is still in danger and fears that Europe’s economic crisis will send us into a “lost decade”. Lagarde states that Asia is not exempt from this and requests financial aide from China. China has not yet made any commitments.
