A New Reform Gives China Currency More Freedom

The Chinese Yuan has made its transformation into a global currency.  Bank of China says it would allow its Yuan to rise or fall 1 percent from midpoint everyday, starting Monday.  Beijing believes that their Yuan is near equilibrium and able to withstand new structural reforms.  China expects to turn the city into a global banking hub by 2020.
