Norway's Mass Murderer Breivik is Ruled Sane

A Norwegian court has found that Anders Behring Breivik is sane and criminally liable for the murder of 77 people in a gun and bomb massacre last year.  He will spend the next 21 years in prison. He admitted detonating a fertilizer bomb outside a government headquarters, killing eight, before shooting 69 at the ruling party's summer youth camp.

Less than 4 months/murder. Talk about sweetheart deals. In the US, he would have gotten 77 death sentences and an extra quick execution.

I do believe that in certain circumstances when it is proven beyond a doubt , the death penalty is justified. For 21 years he will be housed, fed , medical care and entertained , sports, movies , television and be able to read books in the prison library . After 21 years of leisure he will be released and the state will continue to pay all of his expenses via welfare. This is not justice.
