Obama Campaign and GOP go Toe to Toe Over College Expenses

President Obama is willing to make tax credits for college expenses permanent and expand Pell grants for students. Whereas the Republican team of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan is emphasizing the need to curb rising tuitions and federal education spending that is holding back families.  These approaches in dealing with raising college tuition and costs highlight how Obama and the GOP ticket are catering to young voters. According to polls, this group leaned heavily toward Obama in 2008, and seemingly prefers him.
