Gina McCarthy, assistant administrator of the EPA Office of Air and Radiation at the Environmental Protestion Agency, is who President Obama is said to be leaning toward for EPA chief as part of his second term cabinet. If elected, she would replace Lisa Jackson who will step down from chief.
