In an effort to train inexperienced Afghan troops in fighting with the Taliban, the head of U.S special operations is mapping out a potential plan.  Adm. Bill McRaven is working on a plan that would substitute thousands of our troops with small teams that would be matched with Afghan forces.  The teams will be there to train as well as give advice and strategies to help protect their territory.
