Millions in the United States remain without power or transportation in the wake of Sandy, causing several deaths and billions of dollars in damage along the country's East Coast.  The worst damage is seen in the New York area, the most populated stretch of land in the country. 18 people were killed in the city, according to Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
