Racial Profiling on Trial in Arizona
An Arizona Sheriff is facing a class action suit that may one day make a difference. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is being accused of racism in law enforcement. Omar Jadwat, a Senior Staff Attorney with the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project, tells Laura Flanders what's at stake and what this lawsuit can do for Arizona’s future when dealing with discrimination. A challenge this case will face is from a the federal law that permits officers to serve as immigration agents. Unfortunately, as Jadwat tells Flanders, "The federal government is not going to sue itself."

Think this would be happening if Arpaio wasn't investigating Obama/Seotoro's forged documents?

If the Federal Government would do their job....there would much less problems with illegal immigration.
I back all the Sheriffs that are having to protect the CITIZENS of their counties!
I am tired of using my tax money to support illegal aliens. Especially those who are here to harm us. And the number is growing every day.
We have Hamas, Hezbollah, and Al Qaeda walking across our borders.
We have Mexican and South American gangs living in the USA ,and murdering and raping people all over the USA. They are beheading citizens
too! What more do you desire?
More info: Our enemies are bringing the makings of dirty bombs...with plutonium, across our Southern Border. I wonder which city will get hit first!
Years ago, there were 34 Jihadist camps in the USA. I wonder how many more there are today!
Hezbollah and Hamas are just below our border, teaching the Mexican gangs how to kill us! Hezbollah has also set up camp, in Cuba, and are bringing missiles to Cuba. Now I wonder..just who they are going to target?
We are going to have a 3rd World War...and with that will be internal wars. Race wars and Class wars.
I do not look forward to those days!
This is NOT the USA that I knew for so many years!

Given Arizona's proximity to the Mexican border, and the high number of Mexican and other Central American illegals crossing the border, it stands to reason that immigration enforcement would look like racial profiling. Not too many eastern Europeans or Chinese are crossing Arizona's southern border illegally. Just what is it that the ACLU and the Federal Government would have Arizona do? Turn a blind eye?

The arizona police have to have probable cause to stop a person. Just because they look a certain way, (mexican) is not good enough. I for one am in agreement due to gangs and illegal welfare, etc. Let's just adopt Mexico's laws on immigration. Yeah, that'll work.
