Greg Smith was a vice president at Goldman Sachs until this past March. Smith announced his resignation by writing an essay for the New York Times. The essay claimed Goldman Sachs of valuing profit over morality and deceiving their clients. The essay went viral fairly quickly with both praise and scorn alike. Goldman Sachs has said it has investigated the claims made and has found no evidence.
