Republican president candidate Mitt Romney wants to turn Medicare into a voucher system and Obama hopes that fact alone will win him votes from the baby boomers. However, Romney and gangs plan is not likely to ever be a reality according to health policy experts. To change the system so severely would cost a lot of money, money the government can’t spend freely.
