Rick Scott made an executive decision to require drug tests of state employees. On Friday he also signed a controversial pro-school-prayer bill into law. The state's Republican Party also started a new campaign ad for Scott and his hopeful re-election in two years. All of these "top priotirtes" were thought of as more important than the Trayvon Case this week.
