Rising food prices triggered global waves of social unrest twice within the last two years. As U.S. crops are baked with heat and drought, it is another round of soaring, society-straining price spikes could happen again in coming months.  The New England Complex Systems Institute (NECSI) is predicting another food bubble and crisis that may follow.
