U.S president Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao have scheduled a meeting in order to focus on North Koreas plot on a planned rocket launch.  Obama has been frustrated with China in their slow movement in influencing North Korea to disarm and fulfill international obligations.  The United States hopes the co-operation with China will lead to great interests for the two countries and the rest of the world.
