Ashley Moser, 25, was shot and critically wounded midnight at the premier of "The Dark Knight Rises." Mosner's family said she underwent additional surgery for her injuries on Saturday morning.  The suspected killer, Holmes, the former University of Colorado neuroscience graduate student will appear in court Monday to be formally charged with multiple counts of first degree murder.
