Voter ID Moves to Pennsylvania High Court

The Pennslyvania law, which requires all voters to show either a state or government issued ID has been up for debate for a while with similar issues in Texas and South Carolina. The law goes to Pennslyvania’s Supreme Court today with challengers ready to say it will shut out thousands of minority voters. Pennslyvania has six justices, three republican and three democrat. A seventh judge is currently suspended for criminal charges. A tie would keep in place an early ruling.
