With a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a PhD in Public Policy from the ANU Sali's work bridges the interface of science, governance and diplomacy. She currently works for the Monash University affiliated think tank ClimateWorks Australia and is an associate of the University of Tasmania's Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS).
