Israel is a nation that various world organizations like the UN, the ICC, and numerous others have declared that Israel’s leaders, primarily Benjamin Netanyahu, are guilty of war crimes. In recent times, Israel has attacked the Palestinian territories that have borne the heaviest assault, followed by Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Yemen, and now Qatar.

The question is: how much longer is the world community of nations going to watch as Israel continues to attack these countries? How much longer will they continue to watch and do nothing to stop this immoral, inhuman slaughter?

I would not include the government of America in this list of communities of nations, as Donald Trump continues to supply Israel of all the weapons of war Israel needs. America is on the wrong side of these military issues as it continues to supply this weaponry to Israel. uses to conduct its genocidal attacks.

Israel can say that they are carrying out these attacks to defend themselves, but that is pure bull crap. Netanyahu is leading Israel on these irrational attacks in order to control the entire Middle East, his primary objective.

I would say that to get a great many nations to engage in a trade boycott against Israel would not be easy. But, as I say that, I also begin to see what appears to be a small beginning in the process of doing just that. Here’s what Spain and Italy have already done that might be a great start.

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy has decided to suspend her country’s renewal of the defense agreement with Israel, and she also intends to distance her government from the U.S.-Israeli war in Iran. This is a very good move on her part to show that she is in complete disagreement with Israel’s mindless wars.

Italy’s 2003 deal includes concerns the exchange of military material and technological research between the two armed forces and automatically renews every 5 years. Human rights lawyers have urged Italy to end the agreement, citing legal and ethical concerns.

Amnesty International on Wednesday welcomed the Italian government’s suspension of that military cooperation agreement with Israel and urged Italy to back similar action on a European Union deal.”

Also, the Spanish government has announced that it has canceled a major arms contract with Israeli defense companies Elbit Systems and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. This is the second weapons deal that Spain has ended with Israel recently, which is a sign of the growing international isolation of Israel’s manufacturers of weaponry.

This marks the second weapons deal Madrid has terminated with Israel within a month, reflecting the growing international isolation of Israeli arms manufacturers and their declining presence in global defense exhibitions.

Those two moves by Italy and Spain are a clear indication that it is entirely possible to have a fairly large number of other nations get together to develop a plan to end or severely limit trade with Israel to force it to stop its genocidal wars.

But, there’s some talk that Italy might be having some difficulty with their decision, so we hope they work out their reservations and follow Spain again.

Israel’s top trading partners

Below is a list of Israel’s top trading partners, countries that imported the most Israeli shipments by dollar value during 2024. Also shown is each importing country’s percentage consumption of total Israeli exports.

The United States is not shown because it would refuse to do anything that would harm its trade with Israel. Trump and his cowardly cabinet and his MAGA followers have no problem with Israel’s world crimes, so they will want no part in cutting off any trade with Israel.

Ireland: $3.3 billion (5.3%)

mainland China: $2.8 billion (4.6%)

Netherlands: $2.7 billion (4.5%)

Germany: $2.4 billion (3.9%)

India: $2.3 billion (3.8%)

Hong Kong: $2 billion (3.3%)

United Kingdom: $1.6 billion (2.6%)

Belgium: $1.51 billion (2.5%)

France: $1.42 billion (2.3%)

Italy: $1.2 billion (2%).

Brazil: $1.17 billion (1.9%)

Spain: $962.8 million (1.6%)

Taiwan: $959.8 million (1.6%)

South Korea: $905.5 million (1.5%)

Japan: $890.6 million (1.5%)

There are other countries that have lower trading amounts but could, if they desire, take part in this plan, but they will have to step forward and be inducted.

Before long, Israel would start limping along and eventually would be on the verge of collapse when countries would begin to turn off trade. Israel would see its arsenal of weaponry also be affected. An impossible happening? No, not if Israel clearly understood its very existence was at stake.

Many of these countries would not want to take part in this stopping of exports/imports relative to Israel, but they could be persuaded to do so when they fully understand the degree to which Israel is bringing great harm to the world.

This absolutely must be done; these nations and others simply cannot allow Israel to carry on these murderous wars. These nations cannot allow Israel to kill innocent people all over the Middle East, and it has no right to conduct these vicious wars. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

You should listen to Cenk Uygur on his Young Turks TV channel, explode in massive anger at Israel and Netanyahu genocists, till he’s almost out of control. He would kiss the earth in exultation if he heard that these nations were considering shutting off trade with Israel.

So, to conclude, I repeat that there is only one way that Israel can be forced to end its murderous genocide against Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, and most of the Middle East. World organizations have declared that Israel is the criminal country of the world. And, therefore, trade with it must be curtailed, and it must happen soon.
