Dr Chelsea Liu is a Lecturer at the University of Adelaide Business School. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, corporate litigation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate social responsibility. Chelsea holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Adelaide, and a PhD specialising in the corporate governance consequences of lawsuits against public companies.
