Jeffrey Rice is an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Department of Anthropology, Economics, and Political Science at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. Jeffrey Rice was previously the Director for the Centre for Security, Intelligence, and Defence Studies at Carleton University. Jeffrey Rice holds a PhD in Political Studies from Queen's University. An MA from the University of Ottawa and a BA(Hons) from York University.
