Kate Werning is the creator and host of Healing Justice Podcast, a virtual practice space resourcing activists and organizers with weekly conversations and practices to sustain their work for social change. Kate is a decade-long community organizer from Milwaukee, a faculty with Momentum, and co-facilitates workshops on collective wellbeing for social justice leaders. She teaches trauma-informed yoga classes at Third Root Community Health Center and is a founder of Hoop House collective home in Brooklyn.
