Murray J. Côté is an associate professor of health policy and management at Texas A&M University. His research has focused on health care operations, demand management including forecasting, nursing staffing and scheduling, patient flow, and capacity planning and management. Tiffany A. Radcliff is an associate dean for research and professor of health policy and management at Texas A&M University. Her research includes health economics, health policy, improving quality of long-term care, access to care for rural and other underserved populations, and improving care processes and outcomes.
