The ACA did not solve our healthcare crisis. We need National Improved Medicare for All.

Medicare for All is a viable option that more politicians may want to be on board with if they plan to impress voters.

If you want a good society, then figure out a way so that the good doctors and good teachers get to run their professions. In other words, the politicians don't get to do it.

There is too much at stake. People will not let the Democrats send the movement off course again.

Basically, Medicare is geographically limited. But what’s the point of this exclusionary rule?

"Full Medicare for all is now supported by a majority of the American people, a modest majority of doctors, even bigger majority of nurses. What are we waiting for here? It’s much more efficient, as well."

We can only hope that the Democrats who won a new mandate on health care in November will now find the courage to deliver on big ideas like in-state single-payer programs, and push for Medicare for All at the federal level.

How can such monumental savings be captured?
