Next month, all three men face a second trial on federal hate crime charges.

The Precinct One Internal Affairs Unit, Houston Police Department, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office are conducting investigations into the officer-involved shooting. Constable Rosen has not disclosed the name of the fired deputy who shot Hannibal.
