I am a community health psychologist working in global health and a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. My specialty is the prevention of violence against women in high prevalence settings. My primary research interest focuses on involving communities in violence research in order to understand how they perceive violence prevention, and using this as a basis for developing interventions. I am a principal investigator on research projects in Afghanistan, Peru, Samoa and South Africa.
