Josephine Morris is a food policy manager for the Humane Society of the United States. Since 2014, she has worked with dozens of schools, universities, health care companies, and corporations to meet the demand for plant-based menus. Josephine currently works with several of the top 50 food service companies to improve their animal welfare standards and to diversity their proteins across thousands of accounts.
