Jared Beck, of Beck and Lee in Miami Florida announce the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of Bernie Sanders donors against the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Beck thanks the supporters and members of the lawsuit and goes into detail about the case, “We intend to do our best to represent everyone in the proposed classes to the best of our ability.”
He goes on to discuss how there is evidence that “while the DNC always purported to be and even handed and impartial with respect to the democratic nominating process, in fact it was not neutral and impartial and from the beginning it was devoting its considerable resources to one candidate and one candidate alone, that being Hillary Clinton, at the expense of other candidates, notably Bernie Sanders.”
