NationofChange is proud to announce that the 2019 Peace Calendar from Syracuse Cultural Workers is now available with your tax-deductible donation to NationofChange!

This year’s Peace Calendar is full of frameable artwork and inspiring stories for every month of 2019, including:

January’s “Girls Will Be Girls” is an intriguing photograph from choreographer Camille Brown that reminds us that even in this radically and politically charged world, growing up black and female is many things, not least among them joyous and hopeful.

August’s “Refugees – A Global Responsibility” is the stone artwork by Nizar Ali Badr, and serves as a quiet yet powerful reminder that, irrespective of our differences, the millions of displaced people in search of safe refuge are a responsibility shared by all members of the human family.

September’s “Protect Kids Not Guns” is Karen Kotlar’s photograph capturing the determination of young people who ignited a nationwide gun control movement in the wake of the February 2018 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in parkland, FL.

Peace Calendar “Uprisings” will make an exceptional gift for yourself or a loved one. Make sure you grab yours before they’re all gone!
