Many 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls have reportedly been spending a significant chunk of their time on the trail cozying up to Wall Street executives and raking in checks at big-dollar events across the nation.

"Band together, progressives, so you can win, so your ideas can become law and move our country forward, away from the brink to which Trump has brought us."

Until now, it was unthinkable in American politics that the left-wing of the Democratic party would become such a force and Elizabeth Warren deserves at least a share of the credit for this.

"It is wrong to prioritize corporate profits over the health and safety of our local communities."

As the number of Democratic candidates increases, I think that it is more important than ever that progressives band together so that their point of view prevails.

“These two bills would force executives to responsibly manage their companies, knowing that if they cheat their customers or crash the economy, they could go to jail.”

"We're making it clear where 2020 candidates land on the policies and practices essential to any meaningful attempt at addressing the climate crisis."

"When you've got a government that works for the rich and it's not working nearly as well for anyone else, that's corruption, and we need to call it out plain and simple."

In this new Gilded Age, we need to respond to them as forcefully as we did the first time around. Warren’s ideas are a good start.

My best advice to you who support Bernie, Tulsi or Liz is that you get them to join together. This is the only way to guarantee a progressive candidate in 2020 and a strong group to oppose Trump.
