Trump is attacking Europe and siding with Russia for political – and not just personal – reasons.

When two leaders, each with the ability to destroy the world, agree to get along, that's a good thing. Period.

The lives – and even existence – of future generations are at stake in the relationship between Washington and Moscow.

“I would argue that the bipartisan establishment consensus is bankrupt. … We believe you can have secure elections and avoid nuclear catastrophe.”

I know which leader is a more positive force in international affairs, by far (domestic policies and press are a different issue, though I don’t trust Trump on those, either.)

The attack comes just one day before Russia, Turkey, and Iran were due to hold talks over the ongoing conflict in Syria.

“On April 25th, Obama personally asked the leaders of Germany, France, UK, and Italy, to contribute to the increased NATO troops and weapons near Russia’s Baltic borders.”

“Russia is not expanding to NATO’s borders; NATO is expanding to Russia’s borders. The baldness of the Western lie to the contrary is an insult to Westerners’ intelligence.”

In his speech after the summit, Obama asserted that his Arab guests were reassured about his Iran negotiations, and he reaffirmed US commitment to their security. He also chastised Iran for “meddling” in the region.

Ukraine has caused the United States, the superpower country, to be challenged by Russia. This shift in power seems to be a reality check for the U.S. whose military might not be in control of Europe and Eurasia regions any longer.
