Of course, party platforms are not actual laws and programs, but statements of principles and intent.

Bernie, we thank you for your courage, your inspiration, your tireless dedication, and your vision. And we will continue the fight.

It may be of some serious interest to both voters and opposing companies that the DNC doesn’t seem to hold steadfast to its values when it comes to asking for, and accepting, money.
