As one of the most unequal nations in the entire world, America is also, in many ways, one of the most poverty-stricken.

We just have to hope Americans have learned about the greed and deception of that arena full of super-rich.

They’re certainly doing a good job of burning down public education.

A new agenda is needed. We have to recognize that economic growth inevitably involves economic transformation, based on innovation and technological change.

By any rational definition of poverty, half of our country's households are dealing with it.
