It has now been proven that Hillary Clinton is using her joint fundraising committee to get around federal campaign finance laws. The Hillary Victory Fund has taken and used 99 percent of approximately $60 million it was supposedly raising for state Democratic Parties.

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign has believed this was happening since April, and Politico has recently exposed this ‘Money-Laundering’ Scheme.
“Secretary Clinton is looting funds meant for the state parties to skirt fundraising limits on her presidential campaign,” Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver said. “We think the Clinton campaign should let the state parties keep their fair share of the cash.”
Under the agreement, which was signed by Democratic Party leaders in 33 states, the Hillary Victory Fund would solicit donations from super-wealthy donors for as much as $353,400. The Clinton campaign allows for the first $2,700 raised by the Victory Fund to go to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, then the next $33,400 would go to the DNC, and the remaining funds were meant to go to state Democratic parties.
