Michelle Bentley
Michelle Bentley is Professor of International Relations and Director of the Royal Holloway Centre for International Security (RHISC).
Her research has been published in key journals, including Contemporary Security Policy, International Affairs, International Political Sociology, Review of International Studies, and Security Studies. She has written three sole-authored books: The Biological Weapons Taboo (Oxford University Press, 2023), Syria and the Chemical Weapons Taboo: Exploiting the Forbidden (Manchester University Press, 2016), and Weapons of Mass Destruction and US Foreign Policy: The Strategic Use of a Concept (Routledge, 2014). She has also co-published two edited volumes on the Obama administration and continuity in US foreign policy as well as a further volume on the Trump presidency.
