Trump seems utterly ignorant about global competition – and about what’s really holding back American workers.

The battle against the Dakota Access pipeline is being waged as a renewed assertion of indigenous rights and sovereignty, as a fight to protect clean water, but, most importantly, as part of the global struggle to combat climate change and break from dependence on fossil fuels.

Rather than attacking AOC and other progressives as they've been doing for a week now, it’s about time the centrists in the Democratic Party stop talking and start listening to them.

It's hard for a nation to build work skills when its corporations have largely stopped paying for education. Both federal and state corporate tax avoidance is at a stunning rate. This is millions of dollars that isn't going to state taxes, which fund public education.

As we know, education has become ever more expensive over the last 40 years. Teachers' salaries have declined, and school expenses have risen.

We cannot afford to forget just how terrible Trump’s time in the White House was for this nation.

Many Hillary supporters don’t want Bernie to keep campaigning, and many Bernie supporters don’t want to root for Hillary if she gets the nomination.

Part of the daily reality of poverty in America, evictions—along with mass incarceration—are the mechanisms used to destroy communities and profit from the misery of the poor.

If Trump is re-elected, America will not survive.
